Terms of Service

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for your account activity, keeping credentials secure, and providing accurate information.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items outside permitted features.

4) Virtual items

Virtual items (including free or promotional virtual currency) are licensed to you, not sold. We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items and features as needed, subject to applicable law.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, software, graphics, and content are owned by or licensed to NeonDaugava Entertainment SIA and are protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6) User content

If you submit content (e.g., messages, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display it to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights to submit it.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, or that virtual items will always be available.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including mandatory consumer rights).

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Please contact us first to resolve issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before the competent courts in Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
