Virtual Items & In‑App Purchases Policy

1) What ND Coins and ND Gems are
“ND Coins” and “ND Gems” (together, “Virtual Items”) are fictional in‑app items used only within rolllalv.com products/services as described at the time of purchase or grant.
- No cash value. Not legal tender, not stored value, not e‑money.
- Not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent; no withdrawals.
- No ownership or property rights; you receive a limited, revocable right to use within the service.
- Non‑transferable: no resale, gifting, trading, or exchange outside features we explicitly provide.
2) Pricing and what you receive
The purchase screen shows the Virtual Item package, quantity, and total price before you confirm. Prices may vary by platform, region, and taxes. Where required, prices include applicable VAT.
After successful payment, Virtual Items are typically delivered immediately to your account. If delivery fails, contact us with your transaction details.
3) Purchase flow and authorization
- Purchases are processed through the checkout method shown in the app/site or through a third‑party store (if applicable).
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all authorized purchases made from your account/payment method.
- If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent/guardian to make purchases.
4) No refunds for used/consumed Virtual Items
All sales are generally final once Virtual Items are delivered, especially if they are used/consumed or if the benefit has been provided (e.g., unlocking content or features).
5) EU/LV right of withdrawal (digital content)
If Virtual Items are supplied as digital content/service with immediate performance, you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14‑day right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content/service is not provided as agreed or is defective.
6) Chargebacks and reversed payments
If a payment is reversed (chargeback, refund, or cancellation), we may remove the Virtual Items or related benefits from your account. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions to protect the service.
7) Changes, availability, and account actions
We may modify, reprice, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items and related features at any time to comply with law, prevent abuse, or improve the service. Virtual Items may be forfeited if an account is suspended/terminated under our terms.
